Huge cache of arms and ammunition seized in Karachi

KARACHI: Sindh Rangers and police on Monday claimed to have recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition, and arrested three weapon dealers from Razia Society of the city.
A statement issued by rangers’ spokesman said that in a joint operation in Razia Society, the rangers and police apprehended three weapon dealers - Azam Abbas, Amir Abbas and Asif - in the light of arrested accused’s information.
The LEAs personnel raided a house and recovered a huge cache of arms, including one G3-rifle, four SMGs, two 7MM rifles, five 12-bore pistols, one M4 rifle, one 22-rifle, one 22-pistol, six 9MM pistols, four 30-bore pistols, one 38-bore pistol, and different types of 2159 rounds.—PPI
