BALOCHISTAN: At least three people were killed and five others were injured when an explosion took place in Bograr Chowk, Chaman on Monday, Aaj News reported.

According to reports, District Police Officer (DPO) Chaman Sajid Mehmand and two others were killed when a road side explosion hit the police convoy.

There were also reports of gun shots fired which started right after the explosion.

Security forces have cordoned off the area. Injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital Chaman for medical treatment.
