Bomb blast kills 4 in Afghanistan

KABUL: In Afghanistan, four people were killed and three injured in a bomb explosion near the mosque in Herat.
Meanwhile, in another incident, a rocket hit the Indian Ambassador's house in Kabul. Police said no one was injured in the attack as the representative of about two dozen foreign delegations met a kilometer or so away to discuss efforts to end violence.
The missile hit a tennis court a few blocks away from where the foreign dignitaries were meeting with Afghan officials.
A Taliban Twitter account said the group had targeted a command center of foreign invading forces with a missile.
