Complete strike is being observed on Monday against the wanton destruction by Indian troops during their five-day siege and search operation in Sopore town in occupied Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, call for the strike has been given by the forum patronized by veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani to draw world attention towards the state terrorism unleashed by India in the occupied territory.
All shops and business establishments are closed while traffic is off the road. Situation in Sopore town is tense while the occupation authorities have sealed the downtown areas of Srinagar.
