Islamabad: Election commission of Pakistan has enabled ‘Result Transmission System’ (RTS) and ‘Result Management System’ (RMS) for the election’s result, reported Aaj News.
RTS was firstly used in the history of Pakistan in the election of July 25 and now again it will be used in this by-election.
Presiding officers will send election results to the Election Commission on the RTS while the Returning Officers will send results through the RMS.
For the use of technology, 7 thousand 186 polling stations have been linked to RTS and Nadra team is also present in the Election Commission.
The process of the election results will begin immediately after 5pm and after the results are completed, the names of successful candidates will be announced by the Election Commission.
