Here are early signs that warn you about heart trouble.

Pain that spread to the arm

Skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish color

Due to reduced blood flow, the number of red blood cells also reduced, and can give you a paler or bluish skin color.

Skin rashes or unusual spots

Eczema and shingles are high risk factors of heart disease. Eczema patients have a 48% possibility of suffering from high blood pressure and those who had shingles were 59% more likely to have a heart attack than people who didn’t have this condition.
