Palak Patta Chaat



  • Curd 2-3 tbsp
  • Sev 3 tbsp
  • Spinach Leaves 15-20
  • Gram Flour 2 tbsp
  • Rice Flour 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Carom Seeds ¼ tsp
  • Nigella Seeds ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind Jaggery Chutney 4 tsp
  • Coriander Mint Chutney 4 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp


  1. Add Gramflour to a bowl, add in rice flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, nigella seeds, salt and water and mix well.
  2. Now dip in the spinach leaves and immediately deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Remove in a strainer and before serving place fried spinach leaves in a dish and add beaten curd, tamarind chutney, green chutney, sev, chaat Masala and serve.
