Boy, 17, found a critical security hole in Google and got a reward



Web Desk: Google is a big company that gives away millions of dollars in reward to ethical hackers and security experts for reporting security holes.

Recently, a Uruguayan teenager, Ezequiel Pereira has been rewarded by the biggest search engine. The company rewarded him $36,000 for reporting a serious security hole.

The 17-year-old teenager, uncovered the security bug that would have allowed hackers to make changes to Google’s internal system.

He got his first computer at the age of 10 and started writing code ever since the age of 11. He taught himself different programming languages and regularly participating in coding and programming contests.

Earlier, he won $10,000 but this time he has won a reward from Google, worth $36,000.
