As the hearing commenced today, Justice Ejaz remarked that the Chauhdry will be given a complete chance to present his defence.
In the last hearing apex court approved Talal’s counsel, Kamran Murtaza request to adjourn the hearing until today.
Interior Minsiter was registered in contempt case after he made anti judiciary remarks at a party rally earlier this year. However, Talal pleaded not guilty after induction.
Next hearing will be held after the formation of a new bench by CJP Saqib Nisar.
