Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ask for the weirdest yet sweet gift from their guests

Web Desk: Prince Harry is all set to tie the knot with his long time girlfriend Meghan Markle. The duo has opted for a traditional wedding at Windsor, UK on 10th May, 2018. However, they plan to do things differently this time.

They are planning that, instead of accepting lavish gifts from guests, they asked influential people from across the globe, to donate money to seven charities.

One of them is Myna Mahila Foundation which supports women in Mumbai’s urban slums.

A post that was shared on Kensington Palace Twitter account, say, ‘Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle are incredibly grateful for the goodwill they have received since their engagement, and have asked that anyone who might wish to mark the occasion of their wedding considers giving to charity, instead of sending a gift.’

They have chosen seven charities including CHIVA (Children’s HIV Association), the homelessness charity Crisis, Scotty’s Little Soldiers which helps bereaved Armed Forces children, StreetGames which uses sport to change lives, marine conversation charity Sufers against Sewage and The Wilderness Foundation UK, which promotes the enjoyment of wild nature.
