ATC postponed cases against Rizvi, others

ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) located in federal capital on Monday postponed the hearings of cases against Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi and others, Aaj News reported.

According to reports, ATC Judge Shahrukh Arjumand halted the proceedings against cleric on prosecution request as police claimed to start the case from square new to file a new charge sheet.

The prosecutor requested the court to halt the proceedings till the new challan is filed.
