Sharif, family appeared in NAB court


ISLAMABAD:  Former Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Captain Safdar appeared in the court today for the hearing of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) reference.

Hearing of the NAB reference against Nawaz Shareef would be held shortly after and it would be heard by Judge Mohammad Bashir.

Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar reached to the accountability court, along with State Minister Maryam Aurangzaib and other N-League leaders.

Court summoned three witnesses Abdul Hanan, Rizwan Khan and Suneel Ajaz to appear in the court for the hearing of Al-Aziz Steel Mill and Flag ship reference.

The Accountability court judge, Mohammad Bashir, has summoned Pananma JIT chief Wajid Zia in the sub-references of the Awan Field Properties today at 2 O’clock to file a statement including the original record.

JIT Wajid Zia would record the statement for the first time in the Awan Field Reference against Nawaz Shareef, Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar.
