JIT rubbishes Shahid Masood’s allegations against Zainab’s murderer


ISLAMABAD: Joint Investigation team denied the allegation of anchor person Dr. Shahid Masood against the murder of Zainab.

Three-member investigation committee, led by DG FIA Basheer Memon submitted a report on Thursday, in the Supreme Court, regarding investigation of Dr. Shahid Masood’s allegation. In the report, eighteen allegations of Shahid Masood were rejected.

According to the report, the accused was not found guilty in the international mafia and political affiliation, while allegation regarding the 37 banks accounts of the accused were not proved. Moreover, the operation of violent child pornography in Kasure were also not proved.

Report also said that charges of being an active member of the VCP group of the accused are unmatched. Also rejected that, Imran Ali had received money from abroad.

The report submitted in the Supreme Court has said that there is no evidence that a person wants to prove a mental patient, the accused is poor and he does not have any evidence the suspect has amount in millions and he has affiliation with influential personality. He has no support of a federal minister.

It also says that the suspect had not captured Zainab’s picture and had not uploaded it on any website.
