NAB orders probe into alleged misuse of KP govt helicopters by Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Chairman National Accountability Bureau Javed Iqbal, by taking notice of use of helicopters of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for unofficial tours by Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan on rare charges and allegedly misuse of powers by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has directed DG NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for inquiry and sought report.

According to the report, Chairman PTI used two official helicopters for private tours and paid 2.1 million rupees against 11.1 million rupees.

NAB has taken this notice to stop the misuse of government helicopters.—Radio Pakistan
