Web Desk: A recent study revealed that fitness in children is linked to healthy lungs in adulthood and leads to it’s better functioning.
If the lungs function well, it will lower the risk of developing chronic disease. The study suggested that keeping children fit in early age could help to reduce the risk of lungs related ill-ness in future.
The researcher of the study, Professor Bob Hancox, quoted, “This study show that children who are physically fit go on to have better lung function as young adult. We think that this could reduce the risk of them developing chronic lung diseases as they get older.”
