Recipe: Singaporean Rice



WEB DESK: Singaporean rice is famous food and available at Chinese restaurant, now its easy to make it by your own-self through this recipe  


150 gm chicken

2 cups rice

Half packet  fried noodles

1 capsicum

1  choped carrot

1 green shallot,cut off leaves

1 chopped onion

1/4  chopped cabbage

1tbsp ginger garlic paste

4 cloves garlic

4 cloves ginger

4-6 green chilles

1 tbsp ground red chilles

1 tbsp cumin seeds

Pinch of turmeric

Salt according to taste

Oil as required


Cooking method:

  1. Boil noodles in hot water
  2. Take oil in a pain and fry boiled noodles
  3. Take water in a pan and add cumin seeds,salt and 2tbsp oil in it
  4. Boil rice in water
  5. Take Long slices of green and red chillies and fry them lightly in hot oil.
  6. Take ginger galric paste and fry it
  7. Add chicken to this and cook till it becomes light brown then add all vegetables and stir
  8. Now add white pepper, balck pepper, oyster sause, worcestershire sause, salt, tomato ketchup and garlic sauce ti it
  9. To make sauce concentatred add water and corn flour in it
  10. Take mayonnaise(cream) , water and ground red chilles in a bowl and mix them well
  11. Make a layer of rice in a tray
  12. Pour vegetables and chiken sauce over it
  13. Again Pour rice over it
  14. Then spread paste of cream over rice
  15. Pour noodles on the top
  16. Tasty singaporian rice is ready to serve now
