Accountability court resume hearing against Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD: An accountability court in federal capital is continuing hearing into reference filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Aaj News reported.

Dar reached the accountability court around 8:00 am in the morning amid tight security. He was accompanied by PML-N leaders

Judge Muhammad Bashir, recorded the statement of witnesses from Al-Baraka Bank Senior Vice-President Tariq Javed and Shahid Aziz of the National Investment Trust (NIT).

Prosecution witness Tariq Javed recorded his statement before the judge today and also submitted some documents.

Dar’s counsel Khawaja Haris raised objections on the documents saying these are not verified and anybody can prepare them.
