Ingredients:

  • 6 Rolls patti sheets
  • ½ cup Chicken mince
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 3 Green onion
  • ½ Cabbage
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Flour
  • Garlic as required
  • Oil for fry

For Dip Sauce:

  • 1tsps Garlic
  • 3tsps Oil
  • ½ cup Oyster sauce
  • 1tsps Sugar
  • 1½ cup Water
  • 1½tsps Corn flour
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instruction to make chicken wonton:

  1. Fry garlic in a pan.
  2. Then fry chicken in the same pan for 5 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Then add salt, cabbage and onion and cook further for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now put flour and egg in bowl and mix well and form a paste.
  5. Apply paste on the edges of roll sheets.
  6. Now fill chicken wonton mixture in the roll sheets.
  7. Fry the wontons.

Instruction to make dip sauce:

  1. Fry garlic.
  2. Add oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water and boil for three minutes.
  3. Then add corn flour and boil it till thick.

Serve chicken wonton with sauce.
