Chicken Patties




For the dough:

  • 1cup – wheat flour
  • ½ cup –Rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Warm water as needed

For the filling:

  • Mince -250gm
  • Onion (chopped) -1
  • Ginger garlic paste -1/2tbsp
  • Green chilies (chopped) – 3
  • Coriander powder –½ tbsp
  • Cumin powder – ½tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil -1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) –a bunch

Direction to make:

  1. Heat oil and saute onion until brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic and cook for a minute.
  3. Add mince and cook over a high flame.
  4. Add Coriander powder, cumin powder, mustard oil and salt.
  5. Add 1/2cup of water, cover and cook over low flame until tender.
  6. Switch off the flame and sprinkle chopped coriander and chili. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  7. Knead a soft dough using dough ingredients.
  8. Divide the dough into small portion.
  9. Place mince on one half.
  10. Bring the other half. Seal the edges.
  11. Fry it until golden brown.
