Creamy Cheesy Koftas

  • Cheese -250gm
  • Green peas (boiled) -1cup
  • Plain flour -2tbsp
  • Baking powder -1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilies (chopped) -3
  • Oil for frying
  • Coriander (chopped) as per taste
  • Tomatoes -4
  • Fresh cream -100gm
  • Oil -4tbsp
  • Chili powder -1tbsp
  • Fresh coconut -2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
  • Coriander seed -2tbsp
  • Cumin seed -1tbsp
  • Chopped coriander -2tbsp

Direction to cook:


  1. Knead the cheese well.
  2. Combine cheese with plain flour, baking powder, chilies and salt.
  3. Shape into small balls and deep fry.


  1. Cut tomatoes and cook in 4 cups of water until soft.
  2. Prepare a soup by passing through a sieve.
  3. Heat oil and fry the ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add peas and chilies.
  5. Add tomato soup, cream and salt.
  6. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Add koftas just before serving.
  8. Sprinkle chopped garlic, chili and coriander.
