The story of Salman Khan’s ‘Tubelight’ is inspired from which Hollywood movie ?

The teaser of Salman Khan‘s much-anticipated film ‘Tubelight’ made it to internet recently and as expected, the teaser became the top trend on social media.

The thing that caught our attention in this teaser was the unique story idea of the film. However, in the end credit slate, the makers of ‘Tubelight’ have mentioned it that the story of the film is based on the original film ‘Little Boy’ (2015).

‘Little Boy’ is a war fantasy film about a little kid whose father is sent out on a war during the World War II and he leaves behind him along with his elder brother and his mother. The Little Boy feels his father’s absence most keenly, and can’t wait for him to return home. The movie witnessed the character of that little boy having immense faith which gives him a power to bring his dad back home safe.

Having a close look at the teaser of Salman’s ‘Tubelight’, we can also see that his brother Sohail Khan is a soldier who goes on a Sino-Indian war and the actor’s character trying to bring him back with his belief and power of faith. This also gives an idea about the tagline that the poster of ‘Tubelight’ carried saying, “Kya tumhe yakeen hai?

‘Tubelight’ also marks the debut of Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and has superstar Shah Rukh Khan playing a cameo in it. It is slated to hit the screens during the festive time of Eid on June 25, 2017. —BollywoodBubble
