Pillow under arms
Putting pillows under your arms can decrease wrinkles on chest. It is hard to sleep on your back through out the night but you have to make it a habit. Plus, it will ease in back pain if a person has any.
Put random object around you
It may sound bizarre but putting random objects around yourself while sleeping is effective as change our position and some of them are not best for us hence, it make wrinkle appear on a certain area. Therefore, it is suggested to put objects which are not too fragile before sleep.
Put cushion under knees
Sleeping with cushion under knees will improve blood flow. Also, it will help in eliminating wrinkles and as well as create ease in aching knees.
Towel under head
Like your body, your head requires complete rest too hence, putting on an orthopedic pillow is suggested and if it is not available simple roll up an ordinary towel and enjoy a peaceful yet healthy sleep.
