Ministry of Railways will soon start feasibility of new railway tracks in different parts of the country.
Under the plan, feasibility of railway tracks will be done from Mandira to Bhaun, Islamabad to Muzaffarabad via Murree, Lahore to Bahawalpur via Kasur, Quetta to Shershah via Sibi and DG Khan, Bhakkar to Bahawalnagar via Jhang and Faisalabad and the most important one is Nowshera to Gilgit via Dalagai and Malakand.
The new trains will also be started in various routes. These routes include Kohat-Rawalpindi, Sibi-Khost, Karachi-Mirpur Khas and Peshawar to Rawalpindi.
Jaffar Express route has been expanded from Peshawar to Rawalpindi.
This expanded route of Jaffar Express will be inaugurated on 14th of this month from Rawalpindi.—Radio Pakistan
