Not weighing yourself
Weighing yourself daily is a healthy option as it motivates to loose weight or in most cases to maintain it, researchers from the Cornell University added. Early morning with empty stomach is a suitable way to measure weight.
Eating less breakfast
A study conducted by students of Tel Aviv University and it states that eating less in morning can lead to weight gain and eat more in breakfast. Having a balanced breakfast is a great way to start your day.
