KARACHI: Justice (retd) Saeed uz Zaman Siddiqui, newly assigned Governor of Sindh has been admitted to South City Hospital on Sunday after facing some health issues, Aaj News reported.
According to reports, Siddiqui has been shifted into the intensive care unit (ICU).
Spokesperson from governor house said that the governor was taken to the hospital after facing difficulties in breathing, adding that, he will be kept under observation for one day.
The newly appointed governor of Sindh replaced former governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat Ul Ibad. The decision of governor’s replacement was made in a meeting between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain.
