COAS inquires after health of injured of Noorani Shrine blast

KARACHI: Army Chief General Raheel Sharif on Sunday visited Civil Hospital here and inquired after the health of those injured in suicide terrorist attack at Shah Noorani Shrine in Khuzdar District of Balochistan.

According to reports, COAS instructed the hospital authorities to provide full medical facilities to the injured. He also said that Shah Noorani carnage was a national tragedy.

Military spokesman Lt-Gen Asim Bajwa said maximum resources had been utilised for evacuation and medical treatment to the victims of the Shah Noorani Shrine blast.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) director general said all the injured had been evacuated and shifted to different hospitals for treatment.
Corps Commander Karachi and DG Rangers also accompanied him on the occasion.
