PTI files petition in SC to become party in Orange line train project case

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday filed a petition in the apex court for becoming party in the Orange Line Train project case.

Waleed Iqbal City President PTI Lahore filed the petition and stated that Orange Line Train project was not suitable as it would affect the heritage of the city.

He pleaded the court to allow for becoming party in the case.

It is to mention that a five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali would hear the Orange Line metro train case on October 17.
