ISLAMABAD: Joint session of parliament to be held today on Wednesday regarding Pakistan,India border tensions, claims of surgical strikes, and Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir, Aaj News reported.
According to the reports, joint session will start today at 4:30 pm which will be continued till two days and speaker Ayaz Sadiq will chaired the session.
It is expected that opposition leader Syed Khursheed Shah will start the discussion on Kashmir Issue which will be ended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz after two days reportedly.
Reports further revealed that approval of a joint resolution is expected as well.
Before joint session, a meeting of House Business Advisory committee will also be conducted reportedly.
It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan Tahreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) has announced to boycott today’s joint session of parliament.
