- Make deep cuts in beef with fork so that spices may get inside.
- Grind saltpeter, black pepper, cinnamon, brown sugar, and cardamoms.
- Take lemon juice in a bowl and put ground spices in it.
- Then marinate beef with mixture of spices. After every hour, make cuts on meat with fork.
- Cook seasoned meat next day at low heat.
- When meat is tender and water is dried out, hunter beef is ready.
- To eat, fry a slice of hunter beef and serve.
