NEW YORK: Pakistan’s Permanent Representative at the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi hit back at India’s External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj’s statement at the United Nations General Assembly, said that her speech is a pack of lies, Aaj News reported.
While talking to the media, Maleeha Lodhi said the Indian minister described Kashmir as an integral part of India, which is a blatant lie as Kashmir has been on the agenda of the UN Security Council as a disputed territory.
Maleeha Lodhi said another lie is that the Indian External Affairs Minister denied any human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir. The entire world has noticed the worst human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir and also raised voice of concern over them.
She said that Kashmir was an internationally recognized dispute and the oldest item on the agenda of the of the world body.
Maleeha further said that the world has seen who has adopted the constructive approach and who is denying every option.
