Being able to have a larger canvas of production and promotion is always a positive sign for a better tomorrow. And I feel honoured to have been part of such a movement.”
The soundtrack for the movie will feature a string of local artists, such as Ataullah Khan, with the filmmakers also attempting to rope in Bollywood musicians for the project.
When he was asked what the audience should expect, he said:
“From Janaan, you can easily expect a festive, complete package that has all the elements that make for an entertaining and enjoyable watch. It has romance, action, drama, revenge, music, comedy and mirrors the culture of the pakhtun.” He further added: “We saw the final cut in Bangkok with CEO ARY Network, Jerjees Seja and the team of B4U, and they loved every bit of it. I hope the viewers’ response is equally overwhelming.”
The film will be on floor by September 13.
