Recipe of the day: Cheese Spring Rolls


Ingredients

  • 2 Cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves/ corriander leaves
  • 8-10 spring roll strips
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix grated cheese, parsley leaves, salt and pepper.
  2. Now lay the strips on a dry plate/board and place this mixture on one of the side.
  3. Roll the strips first closing the two north-south ends inwards and then roll it till the end.
  4. Seal it with little water and set to deep fry.
  5. Fry till golden brown and serve hot with yummy tangy ketchup or hot sauce.
