It is understandable that after whole day of fasting, we gulp and eat whatever we can. Processed foods and drinks at iftar is a definite no-no. Try to avoid the canned goods and sodas as much as you can and opt for natural drinks and organic food.

Yes, the waking up very early for Sehri and spending late hours at night praying, hacks up your sleep time. But since the body is already going through a lot during the day, try getting a good night’s sleep, to reenergize the mind and body.
