Pakistan cricketers struggling in Army fitness camp

ABBOTTABAD: More than 30 Pakistan cricket players are preparing themselves for a tough tour against England now a days under the supervision of the Pakistan Military Academy in Abbottabad.

Reports emerging from the camp suggest that most players are struggling and unable to meet the fitness standards of the army.

The camp is expected to end on 28 May, after which the green shirts will have a camp in Hampshire,England.

Pakistan will play two tour matches, against Somerset and Sussex before the start of the first Test of the four-match series at Lord’s on July 14.  Photos courtesy Pakistan Cricket Board
