Recipe of the day: Mango Salsa Salad


WEB DESK: Mangoes have special space in our daily food. Everyone can enjoy mango in any form. Here is an easy and quick mango salad recipe.

Ingredients
  1. Mango, ripe – 1 (peeled and cubed)
  2. Red bell pepper/ capsicum (chopped) – ¼ cup
  3. Onion – 1, small (chopped)
  4. Tomato – ½ (chopped)
  5. Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  7. Olive oil – 2 tsp
  8. Whole black pepper (crushed) – 1 tsp
  9. Red chili flakes – ¼ tsp
  10. Sugar – ¼ tsp
  11. Salt – to taste
Method
  1. Combine together cubed mangoes, chopped capsicum, onion and tomato.
  2. To this add all the remaining ingredients and combine evenly.
  3. Serve.
