KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) leaders and party workers will observe PPP founder and Pakistan’s former Prime Minister (PM) Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s 37th death anniversary today (Monday).
Preparations in this regard have been completed in Garhi Khuda Baksh, where cavalcades are arriving in the area from all across the country for participation in the central ceremony.
Sindh Assembly’s speaker and President of PPP’s Larkana wing Agha Siraj Durrani told Aaj News that PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will address the gathering in the area during the central ceremony at 5 pm.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also chair the meeting of PPP’s central executive committee at around 7 pm in Naudero.
Important decisions on issues like political scenario of the country, elections in Azad Kashmir and new union of Sindh cabinet and PPP are expected in the meeting.
Bilawal’s visit to Azad Kashmir will also be approved in the meeting.
