Also known as French Toast, this simple recipe requires nothing more than dipping bread into a bowl of beaten eggs, then frying for a minute or so on each side. Got a sweet tooth? Dust with icing sugar and cinnamon. For a savoury version, grate cheese into the egg mix.
These are so good. Only two ingredients are required – eggs and bananas. Mash the bananas and beat them into a batter with the eggs. Griddle for about a minute until piping hot and golden brown with crispy edges. The result is simple, scrumptious – and gluten and dairy free.
