West Indies opt to bowl against England

MUMBAI: West Indies won the toss and opted to bowl against England in Twenty20 World Cup in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Darren Sammy said the wicket had a bit of grass and he wanted his bowlers to exploit the conditions first up.

“We back our batters to chase.” Eoin Morgan suggested he would have done the same and also mentioned the dew factor for later on. West Indies have left out Jason Holder and there’s confirmation from England that Willey is playing ahead of Plunkett.
