Pakistan wants good relations with all neighbours: Fatemi

KARACHI: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi on Sunday said Pakistan desired good friendly ties with all its neighbours, including India and Afghanistan.

Addressing a function in Karachi, he said Pakistan was looking forward to a new era of peace as well as progress and development in Afghanistan and was extending every sort of assistance and collaboration.

“Pakistan enjoys very deep friendly ties with China, and the two countries take each other into confidence regarding regional and international affairs,” he said.

Tariq Fatemi said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor was a project that was beneficial not only for our two countries, but almost half of the world’s population will also benefit from it.
