Pakistan set 130 target for Bangladesh


WEB DESK: Pakistan completed their innings on 129 for seven after 20 overs against the hosts Bangladesh in the eighth match of Asia Cup Twenty20 at Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium.

The stars of Pakistan’s innings were Sarfraz Ahmed and Shoaib Malik after loosing early wickets. Ahmed remain unbeaten on 58 runs in 42 balls with the help of five fours and two sixes. Malik played delightful shots and made 41 runs in 30 balls. Al-Amin Hussain took three wickets for 25 runs.

Pakistan were 20 for 3 after the powerplay and 34 for 4 after 10 overs. Pakistan made 95 runs in last ten overs.

Pakistan have to restrict Bangladesh under 130 runs in 20 overs.
