MQM stages token walkout of Majlis-e-Shoora

ISLAMABAD: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) lawmakers on Monday staged token walkout of the House over the alleged forced disappearance of its workers.

Speaking on a point of order, parliamentary leader of MQM Dr Farooq Sattar alleged that some 40 workers of his party were arrested and no one produced before the court of law.

He said MQM’s activist Shahid Pasha was also arrested by law and enforcing agency last night although his name was not included in any report of Joint Investigation Report.
