Fazal-ur-Rehman calls all religious party meeting on 15th

ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Chief Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman on Saturday said the decisions that were taken in the dead of night would certainly have something fishy in it.

“Attempts are being made to make Pakistan a secular country,” he said while talking to media in Islamabad. Ameer Jamat-e-Islami Siraj ul Haq and other religious party leaders were also present on the occasion.

Fazal-ur-Rehman has called a meeting of all the religious parties on 15 March in Mansura to devise strategy against Women’s Protection Bill of Punjab Assembly.

He said he was in favor of eradication of domestic violence, however the present law would destroy domestic life.
