Ex-Pakistani cricketers praise Indians for money: Sehwag

WEB DESK: Former Indian opener Virendar Sehwag has claimed that former Pakistani cricketers praise Indian players for the avarice of money.

In an interview to Indian website ‘Deccan Chronicles’ Sehwag said, “Pakistani cricketers are working in India for the sake of money and this is the reason behind lauding Indian cricketers.”

Sehwag especially targeted Pakistani speed star Shoaib Akhtar and said, “These days he is praising Indian cricketers a lot because he wants to earn money in India and he knows that India is a big market for cricket. So, whenever he praises Indian cricketers it is all because of money.”

Other than Shoaib Akhtar, he also criticized former right-arm fast bowler Rana Naved-ul-Hasan that he was also valuing Indian players, which showed that he was impressed by Shoaib’s action in a hope to get appointed by Star Sports or any other Indian channel.
