First ever Pakistan vs India match Snapchat story!


 The ICC launched their official Snapchat account on the important evening ahead of the India v Pakistan clash in Kolkata. The ICC’s official Snapchat account was active throughout the match in which people shared pictures and videos related to the clash in Eden Garden.

Pakistan lost in Eden Garden to India


By losing in this World T20 2016, Pakistan couldn’t seal the fifth consecutive victory in Kolkata’s historic 152-year-old Eden Gardens Stadium against India.

In this ground Pakistan won against India four times for past 29 years since February 18, 1987, when Saleem Malik had led his team to a two-wicket victory with a fabulous 36-ball 72-run innings in front of a roaring crowd of 97,627 spectators.

Fast bowler Wahab Riaz appeared for the first time in WT20


According to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Wahab Riaz appearance at the World T20 2016 is his first WT20 appearance. He took three wickets in this short journey, one against India and two against Australia. He was dropped from the squad in a match against New Zealand owing to unfitness.



Sidra Ameen made her first fifty!


Girls in green are already making their mark in cricket history for women in Pakistan. Sidra Ameen smashed first fifty against Bangladesh to cement Pakistan’s place in this World T20.

The second-wicket pair (Bismah Maroof and Sidra Ameen) added 99 runs in their unbroken partnership, Pakistan’s highest in World T20s for any wicket and best for the second wicket in T20Is.
