Will Lahore Qalandars 150 be enough for the play-off spot?

WEB DESK: Lahore Qalandars have completed their innings on 150 for 5 after 20 overs in a do-or-die match against Islamabad United in the last match of the league stage in Pakistan Super League (PSL) at Dubai Cricket Stadium.

Earlier, Islamabad United won the toss and elected to field first against Lahore Qalandars.

This is survival match for Lahore Qalandars but they had a setback when Islamabad struck thrice, at that stage the score of Lahore Qalandars was 6 runs for the lost of 3 wickets.

After that, in-form Umar Akmal and Sohaib Maqsood made partnership of 97 runs. Sohaib Maqsood took 44 balls to made his 57 runs. Umar Akmal remain unbeaten on 72 runs of 48 balls. Muhammad Irfan took 3 for 22 for Islamabad United.

Now Umar Akmal has the most four half-centuries in PSL and he has also become the highest run scorer of PSL by scoring 335 runs with the average 83.75.
