Peshawar Zalmi topple Karachi Kings by 5 wickets

WEB DESK: Peshawar Zalmi defeated Karachi Kings by 5 wickets in the nineteenth match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) at Dubai Cricket Stadium.

This match may be the last match for Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars will qualify for the play-offs if they win tonight against Islamabad United.

Karachi Kings will pray for the Islamabad United win because this is the only way for Karachi Kings to qualify.

Earlier, Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to bat first. They posted 152 for 7 after 20 overs. Lendl Simmons scored 49 runs in 37 balls.

In reply, Peshawar Zalmi lost their 4 wickets at the score of 70 runs but Brad Hodge came on the crease and made unbeaten 85 runs in 45 balls with the help of 6 sixes and 6 fours and won the match by 5 wickets for his team.

It goes without saying that man of the match award goes to Brad Hodge for his unbeaten 85 runs.
