PALPA conditionally ready to fly PIA planes tomorrow

KARACHI: President Pakistan Airline Pilots Association Amir Hashmi on Monday said pilots have decided to come on duty tomorrow, given that Pakistan International Airline and the government provided security, Aaj News reported.

“We have asked PIA to provide safety and security to pilots to help them continue their work, though we are against privatization. Nevertheless, we would continue protest against privatization,” he said while talking to Aaj News channel.

He said the worsening situation of PIA was not due to workers but by the adventures of the government.

He said the working agreement of PIA employees had long been elapsed.
