LAHORE: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is free to do its work without any pressure from any quarter, Punjab Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rana Sanaullah said here Thursday.
Talking to the reporters outside the Punjab Assembly, he said NAB should discharge its professional obligations in such a way that did not discourage the investors.
Detaining investors for long hours on the pretext of probing would prove to be detrimental for investment, Rana noted.
NAB should consider changing its operating style as suggested by the prime minister for the betterment of the country, he said.
Replying to a question, he said the government had initiated the Orange Line Train project with a good intent.
