Karachi Kings set 153 target for Zalmi

WEB DESK: Karachi Kings have completed their innings on 152 for 7 after 20 overs in the do-or-die match against Peshawar Zalmi in the nineteenth match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Earlier, Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to bat first in the survival match for them.

Karachi lost their first wicket at the score of 41 for 1 on the second last ball of the powerplay when Shahzaib Hasan(18) caught behind by Kamran Akmal bowled by Hasan Ali. Lendl Simmons scored 49 runs in 37 balls.

After 10 overs, Kararachi Kings were on 74 for 2 and 113 for 4 after 15 overs.

They scored only 39 runs in the last 5 overs and set 153 target for Peshawar Zalmi.
