Int’l community urged to protect human rights in IOK

MIRPUR: The AJK Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed Monday urged world community to take immediate notice of human right violation by the Indian forces in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).

Addressing an oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected office bearers of Kashmir Press Club in Bhimbher district of the division on Monday, he said that India was constantly depriving the Kashmiris of their fundamental right of self determination by using brutal force.

New Delhi should be well aware of the fact that Kashmiris would never withdraw from their legitimate right to self-determination nor would comprise on this stance at any cost, the Prime Minister said.

Majeed invited the civilized world to move ahead to perform their due global obligations to get the Indian brutalities stopped in occupied Jammu & Kashmir by getting the Jammu & Kashmir people liberation from the clutches of the unlawful and forcible Indian rule.

India’s so called secularism and democracy has been exposed to the international community, the Prime Minister observed adding that New Delhi did not only bluffed the world but also defied the UN resolutions.

Recalling Kashmiris legitimate demand for early peaceful settlement of Kashmir issue, the Prime Minister said that no durable peace was possible without peaceful settlement of Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of Kashmiris.
